How do I get the size right? Always measure your pet and use the size guide rather than guessing by breed.

Can I return it? For hygiene reasons, costumes can only be returned unworn with any tags still attached — please see our Returns Policy.

Measure your pet. Take their neck girth, chest girth and back length in centimetres and compare to the size guide before choosing. If your pet is between sizes, size up.

Put it on gently and check they can move, sit and breathe freely.

Care. Hand-wash and air-dry.

Safety first. Always supervise your pet while they're dressed up. Never leave the costume on unattended, and take it off if it restricts movement or breathing, causes any distress, or becomes damaged. It's for short, supervised wear — not for sleeping or eating in.
